Cleansing, toning and moisturising are essential to keep your skin clean and soft.

The Importance of 3-step Skin Care

During winter months, these three steps will help to stimulate your skin’s nerve-endings, encouraging the elimination of toxins, a healthy turnover of cells and a glowing complexion.

Cleanse

Remove make-up and grime. Wash your hands and dampen your face.

Gently massage the NouriFusion Cleanser into your skin using your fingertips. Start under the throat and move up towards the forehead using circular, upward movements. Go back over the chin, which is particularly prone to outbreaks, and don’t forget your hairline.

Rinse your face clean with warm water.

Tone

Get rid of every last trace. Immediately after cleansing, dampen a cotton wool pad with NouriFusion Toner and skim (don’t drag!) it over the forehead, cheeks and neck.

Finish off by doing the crevices around the nose and chin.

Moisturise

To smooth and soften. Dot NouriFusion Moisturiser lightly all over your face.

Using your fingertips, work the cream gently outwards from the centre of your forehead, and down over your cheeks, then around your jaw line, chin and mouth.

Massage it into your throat with alternating hands, using upward strokes from collarbone to chin.
