The cocktails you make can be standard and simple,

Honey Shake
2 big spoons of Vanilla Formula 1
250-500 ml of low fat milk or soy milk
1 tea spoon of honey
all kinds of fruits
maybe some yogurt or ice
Strawberry and Orange Shake
2 big spoons of Formula 1
4 strawberries
250ml of orange or cranberry juice
3 ice cubes if you like.
Combine all ingredients is a blender and serve chilled.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry, orange and banana slices.
Apple Pie Shake
Passionate Papaya Shake
2 big spoons of French Vanilla Formula 1
1/2 papaya
190ml of apple juice
60ml of Herbal Aloe
3 ice cubes if you like.
Combine all ingredients is a blender and serve chilled.

1/2 tablespoon black walnut essence
1/2 banana
250ml skimmed milk
4 ice cubes if you like.

1/2 banana
200ml non-fat yogurt
200ml water

Refreshing Melon Shake

250ml water
Handful of fresh cantaloupe
Handful of fresh mango
